01 锻造设备配置

现有／在建配置
Current / commissioning configuration
碾环机 Ø250、Ø350、Ø550、Ø1300，各 1 台。
One ring-rolling machine of each size.
800T、1600T 压力机各 1 台；感应加热炉 1 台、天然气加热炉 3 台。
One 800T press, one 1600T press, one induction furnace and three gas furnaces.
设备状态及适用工件范围按项目确认。
Availability and part envelope confirmed per project.
02 一体化制造
Integrated Manufacturing
成形与毛坯准备
环、盘类锻件配套加热、压力成形和碾环设备，按材料与结构评估生产路线。
Heating, press forming and ring rolling support ring and disc forgings, with routes reviewed for material and geometry.
后续加工配套
结合热处理与精密车、铣、钻加工，衔接锻件毛坯与零件交付要求。
Heat treatment, turning, milling and drilling connect forged blanks with finished-part requirements.
质量验证
按技术条件选择尺寸、成分、金相、硬度及无损检测。
Dimensional, chemistry, metallographic, hardness and NDT checks selected to specifications.
03 扩建与项目对接

扩建规划 / Planned expansion
新增 Ø5000 碾环机 1 台、4000T 压力机 1 台、天然气加热炉 6 台。
Planned: one Ø5000 ring mill, one 4000T press and six gas furnaces.
规划设备单独列示，投产与可承接规格以项目确认结果为准。
Planned equipment is listed separately; commissioning and usable capacity require confirmation.
